We work with 3 families of alloys: Zinc-Aluminum, Aluminum-Silicon and Silver bases to develop them in three main market segments: Automotive, HVAC and Household Appliances.

More than 95% of our turnover is generated by exports, mainly in Europe, America, Asia, and the Middle East.

As designers and manufacturers of our own machines, we are constantly innovating to improve the performance of our products and processes.

In order to better understand the future, research and development are at the heart of our strategy with respect for the environment. It is in this context that we filed a patent in 2020 to allow us to improve our performance and reduce waste.

OUR HISTORY

SOBRACORE was created in 2015 thanks to the contribution of experience and skills acquired by its members over decades both in R&D and product industrialization, as well as by the constant search for global solutions to soldering operations in customers.

The growing demand in all sectors of industry to be able to meet the needs of brazing process automation and the insufficient global supply of custom-made products, has enabled a rapid expansion of our business.

Industrial production was launched in 2017 following the achievement of ISO 9001-2015 certification in April. The rapid evolution in commercial development allowed the creation in 2019 of a second production unit in Dordogne for the manufacture of shaped parts.

In 2021, in a growth dynamic, we merged the two structures by moving the head office to Dordogne and specializing both sites for mass production on the first and special manufacturing in the second.

SOBRACORE continues its quest for excellence by aiming for IATF 16949 certification in order to meet the highest requirements in terms of quality assurance and in particular in the Automotive sector.

We look to the future with serenity, we believe that it is not the strongest, nor the smartest that survives, it is the one that adapts best to change. We prepare for this through the integration of skills and continuous training.

Since 2019, member of the French Welding Institute with which we have partnership agreements for technical and scientific studies of brazing products and their applications.

OUR GLOBAL OFFER

Our concept of the business is to be able to offer our partner customers products that are best suited to their requirements and processes, considering heating methods and requirements.

With or without specifications, we propose product evolutions based on our standards to obtain validation from our partner customers.

It is then up to SOBRACORE to guarantee the reproducibility of the products by controlling our processes with 4.0 means at the service of an organization under Quality Assurance.
